Our client, is a global artwork production agent with recognized Pharmaceutical Quality certifications who are suppliers of packaging materials and origination/artwork to the pharmaceutical industry. They have developed their own web based management system to control and manage clients artwork products. A highly configurable system which allows their customers to ensure quality of work, management of costs and on time delivery of products.
Job Description
This role requires an IT project manager with PMP/Prince2 Methodology. The suitable candidate will be customer focused, innovative and thrive on working in a fast growing and dynamic organization. You will work with both technical and sales staff to successfully deliver projects in line with customer requirements and implement solutions.
Responsibilities:
Responsibility for the timely delivery to customers of all products & projects, from scoping/analysis and planning to implementation and maintenance, within budget and with the highest possible quality.
Ensuring that project vision and goals are clearly defined and that key stakeholders are identified and on-boarded.
Understanding customer’s goals, strategies, constraints and use this understanding to collaborate effectively with them. Interacting with the customer as required and interprets requirements
Drive the identification and implementation of operational procedures, methodologies and best practices.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a related technical discipline or relevant experience.
PMP or Prince2 Methodology
5+ years’ experience in business analysis and/or Software Project Management
Strong software product implementation experience
Strong planning and budget management skills.
Experience of managing multiple stakeholders (technical and non-technical).
Strong systems integration experience
Reporting technologies such as SQL Server Reporting Services
Business knowledge and validation experience in regulated industry desirable
Experience working with SaaS is desirable
Package
